The good news for most people who want to remove their badges from their vehicles is that they are attached with strong adhesive glue at the factory. Therefore, you just have to follow a few steps in order to successfully do it on your own. The first step involves softening the adhesive.
After softening the adhesive, then you just need the right tools in order to remove the badge. These tools are plastic. Among the tools that you can use are a plastic wedge and a credit card. These will easily get the badge off of your vehicle.
Another tool that can work for getting the badge off of your vehicle is dental floss or fishing line. You just have to take about twelve inches of the line and cut it into the adhesive. You may have to move the floss or fishing line in a sawing fashion in order to be effective.
